Description
IT Support Floorwalker/IT Helpdesk/1st line Support Engineer needed for an NHS Trust in West London.
My client is looking for a customer-centric 1st line floorwalking engineer for a trust that has over 2000 Users, you will be the onsite IT support playing a pivotal role in ensuring ICT issues are resolved. Working closely with the Service Desk team.
Responsibilities
Desktop support and troubleshooting
Troubleshooting and solving software and hardware
Troubleshooting Windows 7/10
Ticket handling
Troubleshooting Printers
Supporting Exchange
Basic AD user maintenance
Hardware troubleshooting
Service Now
The Right Candidate:
Excellent written and communication skills
Excellent Customer Service
2 years in a similar role (Preferably an NHS/Trust)
6 Month contract - Day rate £ per day (DOE) Outside IR35
