I have been asked to identify a Senior Backend Developer for a leading European Client on a long term contract. The role is fully remote.

Tasking and deliverables
- Software development using modern design patterns (OOP, MVC, MVVC, Microservices, etc)
- Unit tests
- Deployment pipelines
- Software integration
- Documentation
- Support creation of User stories
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with building Back End web applications using Java, Python, and geo-spatial technologies
- At least 5 years of experience with Linux and public cloud technology
- At least 3 years of experience with Agile software development
- At least 3 years of experience with container based development and deployment automation
- At least 2 years of experience with micro services architectures
- At least 5 years of experience with version control and git
- Good level of spoken and written English
