Description

We are currently recruiting for an MI Ops Lead for a 12 month contract in London. Due to Covid-19 restrictions this role will be fully remote but will require travel to site once restrictions are lifted. The role is required to complete the development of a Longitudinal Database for Test, Trace, Contain and related Covid19 data to track a subjects journey through the End to End digital systems, hospital admissions or processes to support service and operational management of Covid19 using the data to identify and resolve any data flow delays, data quality issues and to support MI reporting and analysis from both a local and central perspective.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and maintenance of MI/reporting for TTCE Operational reports focusing on management and oversight of E2E Operational flows.
  • Lead strategic discussions with DHSC and wider stakeholders to understand analytical deliverables assigned to NHSD prioritising resources appropriately
  • Oversee approvals and dissemination of curated data flows to Test and Trace Platform for official publications
  • Support Analytical Head with prioritisation of Longitudinal Record development .

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Highly developed knowledge, ideally within a digital environment, of project and programme frameworks and practices
  • Demonstrable specialist knowledge of business and operational delivery systems and services
  • Strong knowledge of the Agile manifesto and agile principles, and how they can be used to help deliver products and services
  • Advanced knowledge of information management & reporting techniques and approaches
  • Advanced working knowledge of transitioning digital products and services into live operation and the continual improvement of these.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial management/budgeting for large projects or programmes; preparing, planning, and managing finances.
  • Advanced working knowledge of procurement, contract and supplier management.
  • Advanced working knowledge of requirements management.
