My client, a leading consumer packaged goods business, is on the hunt for some digital marketing support in an interim capacity undertake a B2B project that will be a pilot for their business globally.
This role will require a candidate with B2B, eCommerce, digital and growth marketing experience either from an agency or client side background.
If you've worked for an FMCG or CPG company in the past that is a bonus, but not a necesessity.
This is initial pilot phase of the project will run for a 6-month timeframe and have a number of key milestones to achieve. If this pilot phase goes well, there could further work helping roll out the new program across new markets and supporting local teams with their own rollouts.
What you'll do:
- Report directly to the Digital lead for their innovation project
- Responsible for executing the growth strategy
- Define, execute, analyze, and optimize A/B and multi-variant tests
- Convert insights into action - see customer acquisition process through from ideation to execution
- Implement lead generation and nurturing campaigns, leveraging marketing automation and CRM functionalities
- Be agile and iterative in your approach
What you'll bring:
- Several year's experience of growth marketing - B2B or B2C - most likely at a digital marketing agency or start-up/scale-up.
- Track record of working & experimented across the full funnel: awareness, acquisition, conversion to retention
- A passion for building, bringing to market, and scaling digital products and services
- Entrepreneurial spirit to help us shape our growth initiatives and company
- Passion for data and analytics
