Lead Interaction Designer - up to £550/day - Home based - 6 months
Our government client is undertaking a full system design review of their data capabilities service. In light of this, they are looking for a Lead Interaction Designer with extensive background in the 'systems Thinking? methodology to look at the end-to-end journey of data from identification of research questions through acquisition of new data, ingestion, preparation and access.
As lead interaction designer, you will be an expert practitioner who influences and mentors others. At this level, you:
-will work with service managers and programme directors to develop design concepts
-will set direction and assure the quality of design delivery across teams
-can lead multiple or highly complex services
Essential Experience
We are interested in speaking to Lead Interaction Designers who have extensive 'systems Thinking? methodology experience.
- Strong user focus
- Strategic thinking capabilities
- The ability to facilitate decisions and risks
- Strong Communication Skills
- Prototyping experience using a variety of methods
