HCM/HRIS Consultant - System Implementation - contract, 100% Remote
My client, an American owned organisation is currently embarking on a Global HCM Programme. Made up of 3 regions UK & Europe, Canada & Brazil and Australia and New Zealand.
They are just about to start an assessment phase where they will review all of the critical HR processes and start to look at the fit gap to the HCM processes to take any local requirements into the Global Design which is due to kick off in quarter 1 next year.
I am therefore looking for an experienced HCM Consultant/Project Manager, ideally with a background of being involved with the delivery of a global HCM programme.
My client is hoping to appoint someone who has a background of working in HR. Therefore you may have worked as a HR Manager, HR Specialist, HR & Payroll before.
Our client works at pace therefore you will enjoy working in a fast paced, agile environment. You will have outstanding communication skills and an ability to work with all levels of stake holders. This is a 6 month contract role initially with the opportunity to extend.
