Ecommerce Programme Manager - Business Readiness, Governance, Change Management, AEM, SAP

Programme Manager required to join a global organisation managing the business readiness aspects of the launch of an eCommerce service in Europe. The role will focus on supporting the key business stakeholders across the global services team, European business operations and other business functions. This position currently has budget allocated for PMO assistance and UAT management but will rely on the central business transformation office for part time support across requirements development, process analysis and change management. Applicants will have proven project/programme management experience on international eCommerce programmes including initial launches of eCommerce implementations with suppliers/markets coupled with strong stakeholder management experience (product, outsource providers). This contract is likely to run until September 2021 and is inside IR35, meaning applicants will be required to operate through a PAYE model.

Key responsibilities:

  • Programme planning and control - working with stakeholders to general, document and control milestones (deliverables, costs, risks and benefits)
  • Change management: ensure that change planning and change management execution is aligned to overall programme plan and consistent with HR guidance, senior stakeholder guidance and change management best practice
  • Programme governance: establish and maintain necessary steering and working group arrangements
  • Liaison with other major programmes eg European Supply Chain and global SAP Hana migration

Required skills:

  • Project/programme management experience on European/International eCommerce programmes
  • eCommerce implementation experience including initial launches with markets and suppliers
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with a range of eCommerce Back Office' functionality eg D2C logistics, customer service, sales planning and analysis
  • Any exposure to AEM or ECC6/SAP would be desirable but not essential
