Description
Solution Architect - .NET, Microservices, Digital,The solution architect will need to work closely with the with the Head of IT Architecture and the external partner's architecture team to define the solution and ensure solution designs are adhered to in implementation. Included in the solution will be the design of the data migration from internal to external solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the solution meets business requirements
- Identify and design integration points between internal and external systems
- Define/agree data migration solution
- Build effective relationships with external architecture team
- Produce project artefacts as required, including but not limited to, joint technical roadmap
- Ensure the clients architecture principles and security requirements are met by the solution
- Demonstrable knowledge of EA frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman
- Excellent knowledge of multi-channel business and technology architecture
- Experience within an Agile/Iterative delivery environment
- Experience with .NET, C#, and preferably Ruby on Rails
- Extensive experience of integration of Legacy solutions with newer technologies
- Good understanding of technologies and environments and bringing new products to market technically
- Experience producing technical roadmaps including transition states
