Customer Service Advisor/Sales Administrator - Gas/Electric Retail Market
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor/Sales Administrator to join our clients team on a 6 month initial contract. Initially you will work from home until the current pandemic allows an onsite working presence in Manchester again.
Working hours will be:
Hours of work: Tuesday to Friday 12:00 - 20:00 Saturday 10:00 - 18:00
Working days: Tuesday - Saturday
We are looking for someone with experience of the UK energy retail marketplace to help grow our clients business. Our client is a new-ish Gas/Electricity Supplier to the UK so you should be excited by the prospect of building a channel and working in a start-up environment.
In this role you will be the principle point of contact for our clients external sales channel partners and will be a key part of the day-to-day operational support team. You will have a keen eye for detail, be a highly competent user of Microsoft Office, be comfortable generating reports and have excellent database management skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain all incoming and outgoing business operational requests
- Manage user access requests and troubleshooting
- Work to key KPIs and run reports to deadlines in an efficient and timely manner
- Generate and maintain key reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the Sales Platform Mailbox ensuring a timely response to all enquiries
- Assist in the preparation of Quality Assurance survey data
- Providing support through external sales partners operating hours
- Providing cover and carrying out tasks on behalf of our Sales Team when required
