ITSM Change Manager - ITIL, Change

ITSM Change Manager required by leading organisation. They are currently looking for an interim change manager to focus on their ITIL change and release processes.

Required Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience of creating Service Reports/Service Packs for senior stakeholders within the Business and IT, as well as outsourced service-providers/vendors - this may include Supplier Performance/SLA reporting; Incident Reporting; etc.
  • Experience of working in a complex multi-sourced environment.
  • Configuration Management and operational management of a CMDB desired.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Service Management processes, with the ability to support process mapping and development, workflows, service measurement, new service/supplier on-boarding (incl. transition planning, release, user adoption), CSI, etc.
  • Strong working-knowledge of ITSM tooling - preferably ServiceNow, BMC Remedy and Jira Service Desk.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to present to senior management.

This role falls inside IR35 so you will need to contract via Umbrella company.
