Rollout Manager
The Rollout Manager is accountable to plan and manage the rollout of the deployment activities for a part of the customer project, ensuring the project is delivered in scope of contractual obligations and within forecasted costs, time, and required quality. With his/her technical background and expertise, he/her can evaluate the implementation scope and plans and manage the actual build. On top of this he/her is responsible for maintaining high quality of implementation on site by supervising subcontractor.
Job Responsibilities & Competencies:
Rollout Management
. Manages the rollout of the deployment activities for a part of the customer project.
. Manages internal and external field deployment team members, sets up and maintains clear and effective internal and external communication with the relevant project stakeholders, participating to reviews as needed.
. Liaises with account team and customer as needed for operational needs and escalations on scope, processes, planning and/or budget. Performs and participates in proactive change management.
. Collects information to provide latest estimates to completion. Implements proactive re-planning to keep the deployment activities on track and communicates to relevant stakeholders
. To support project Manager in Change & claim topics in alignment with project and Supply Chain team.
Implementation and Build:
. Performs technical site surveys.
. Validates equipment installation results with respect to installation Method of Procedure (MoP) and/or specifications.
. Familiar with site design and civil works.
. Plan and Execution of CW activities according to Customer contract for construction guidelines, site process, quality and H&S standards.
. Plan and Execution of telecom implementation activities according to Customer contract for implementation guidelines, site process, quality and H&S standards.
Site Acceptance, Quality and Health & Safety:
. Identification of adherence to, quality, gaps in the project and co-ordinate corrective actions with relevant stake holders.
. Identification of adherence to H&S gaps in the project and co-ordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
. Responsible for getting customer acceptance certificate for the site.
. Ensure sites are built as per approved site documentation (site design, as-built, etc) and are delivered timely and required quality.
Qualifications:
. Excellent experience in Mobile-networks-Rollout.
. Knowledge of 2G GSM BTS.
. Knowledge of GSM Rail.
. Strong decision-making and management skills.
. Good teamwork-behaviour.
. Fluent English, Dutch.
. VCA-VOL certified.
