My banking client is looking for a Cloud Engineer (GCP) on a remote option both in London and Poland.
Requirements
This role requires someone with a high level of drive, as the platform is new to the bank and therefore there is a lot of cross functional nurturing/educating required to get everyone aligned and moving in the right direction.
It is highly likely that having some solid experience building bespoke data capabilities using cloud would be required, but not mandatory as experience building other Back End services would still suffice.
Experience
Experience in implementation of Google Cloud tools and technologies and able to demonstrate subject matter expertise on Google Cloud native applications, services and Infrastructure. (Kubernetes, Compute Engine, Containers, IAM, VPC, Stackdriver) The Cloud Platform Engineer will work with Google team and deliver.
Role
Design and implement Google Cloud tools and technologies.
GCP and in the security domain
Helping in integrations (like Google Sheets) and configuration checks
Automate the possible activities to minimize the manual toil
Implement security controls and associated policies
Skills
implementing Infrastructure, application and data related execution like Compute Engine, Containers, Scaling, Automation, App Engine, Kubernetes, Analytics tools, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub-Sub, IAM, VPC, Stackdriver)
