Supply Ops Incidents Coordination Manager required to work on 6 months + contract.

Location: Birmingham

The ideal candidates will have extensive background as a Senior Incident Manager working within the Healthcare Public Sector

In depth knowledge & experience in Incident Management & Problem Management
Demonstrable, strong working knowledge of ITIL Service Management framework
Basic knowledge of the IT infrastructure (hardware, databases, applications, integrations, operating systems, local area networks etc)
5+ years' experience in service operations roles
Track record of improving SLAs
