Description
General Test coordination Tasks include- Lead kickoff meeting for preparation, execution of tests
- Organize review meetings with the IT and BU experts to come to a workable document for test preparation
- Guide and monitor the analysis and design of the test cases
- Lead the test process in order to come to a test coverage which is acceptable for all key persons within the project
- Come to estimates for the total testing activities within the project budget and timeframes
- Determine test priorities with IT and Business Team
- Guide and monitor the execution of the test cases.
- Report on test progress
- Organize defect and status meetings
- Remove impediments during preparation/execution of testing
- Lead the go no go decisions based on facts & figures
- Responsible for handshake until end of UAT/Regression Phase
- Detailed test planning
- Set up JIRA testing tool
- Training of JIRA to testers if needed.
Requirements:
- Act as a lead during testing activities, be available for the project team, be the SPOC
- Able to work in Scrum
- Responsible for handling issues and problems
- Make distinction between primary and secondary priorities
- Pragmatic and think in solutions
- Able to work independently and in team
- Analytical and critical towards solution driven approach
- Strong communication skills, able to communicate and report in a clear way (KISS)
- Willing to work from Hasselt and Brussels
- Customer facing and pro-active attitude
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Knowledge of JIRA-management and JIRA-tool in general
Knowledge & Experience
Master (preferably in Information Technology) or similar experience
- Significant and relevant Test Coordinator experience
- Autonomous
- Excellent analysis & communication skills
- Rigorous in reporting clearly the current status
- Familiar with test automation is a plus
