Job Title: AEM Tech Lead
Location: Poland
Duration: 1 year Contract
We are looking for experienced AEM technical lead to work on the Solutions Portal which is based on the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Our Digital Team is changing the way our customers, partners, and employees interact with our company. We are developing a suite of modern web applications and E-commerce platform offered through Solutions Portal to our customers across the globe. In our daily job, we closely cooperate with the business and UX teams for the enhanced customer experience of our applications.
The primary responsibility of the Web Technical Lead is portal technical design, development, integration, delivery, application maintenance and support functions.
Key responsibilities:
Participate in the web portal development, testing, deployment and maintenance.
Assist in the web portal implementations and development from gathering requirements to testing.
Communicates with business professionals on business considerations.
Actively propose new web solutions, frameworks according to the requirements and market conditions
Consults on matching application requirements to the platform and development tools
Lead, collaborate with, and motivate cross-functional teams of user experience designers, developers, testers and others to develop, execute, and release web portal in alignment with major program/portfolio and/or product roadmaps.
Works with the product owner to develop product, product adoption, and risks to operations.
Requirements:
Experience with the technologies - AEM, Java, JavaScript HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3
At least 3 years experience as a AEM technical lead
At least 5 years overall software design experience
Knowledge of web development tools, Unit and e2e web application testing
Experience with CI/CD
Experience of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with ability to deliver documents or presentations at appropriate level of detail to various groups such as engineers, 3rd party developers, visitors at trade shows or senior management
Curate the backlog and work daily with the Scrum team
Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
Ability to communicate ideas to technical teams and business partners.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
