- CRIMS Automation Utilities Enhancement and Maintenance
- Database Refresh Process
- Database Deployments post refreshing environment
- Service Control Process
- Send Database Copies to CRD
- Other Miscellaneous Processes(eg Housekeeping, Reboot etc).
- CRIMS New Environment Build and Maintenance
- Azure DevOps Pipelines(Database, Java Plugin, CBAs etc)
- Enhancements and Maintenance
- Issue Resolution
- Other CRIMS Applications Support
- Bridge
- Order Transfer Tool
- Uploader
- CRIMS Version Upgrades(Major and Minor)
- CRIMS Integration Connectivity - MQ Support
- Non-Categorize BAU Issues and other team support(like TEM, IIH, EDH, Prod Supp etc)
