Description

I am recruiting for an Application/Product Support specialist to be based in Bristol.

The role does fall inside IR35 so you must work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract. The rate quoted on the job advert is the take home pay after ALL deductions.

You must have solid experience of application Integration Support, including understanding API's and technical/admin skills of WS02, Rabbit MQ, Job Scheduler (SOS Berlin) and ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana).

On-premises IT Infrastructure experience is also required.

Your role will be similar to a Production Support Engineer and you will provide 24x7 (via rota) production support to services and applications, in line with the clients standard governance and processes for Live Service support.

You will be responsible for providing incident and problem resolution and first and second line technical support, in line with SLAs.

You will also be responsible for managing Live Service tools and support documentation, incl. asset and configuration management.
