Snr Full Stack C#.Net Developer

The Senior Full Stack Developer requires experience in all aspects of the full software development life cycle building applications. The person in this role will take full ownership and responsibility on independent projects. The person is also responsible for helping to fulfil the overall technical direction of the group. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills.

Duties & accountabilities:

  • Designing and developing software solutions in an agile environment to solve complex financial business problems
  • Testing developed software to ensure a high degree of quality
  • Owning the entire product life cycle, from conception through to maintenance and support
  • Identifying innovative solutions or technologies that could benefit our business

Essential skills and experience:

  • Core C#.Net, AngularJS, AWS, Python, Javascript, JQuery, CSS, HTML, REST APIs, OO design patterns, multi-threading, asynchronous paradigms and distributed systems design
  • Database experience including SQL databases and entity framework
  • Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, Team City, Git, MSBuild, Scripting languages
  • Demonstrable experience of working on highly transactional, available and scalable business critical systems
  • Good understanding of software architecture; understanding component and application breakdown and interaction

  • Cloud computing technologies such as AWS

  • Communication Strong communication skills
  • Teamwork Application of Agile methodologies to improve efficiency and quality in software delivery
