Financial Operations Manager/London/£ per day/6 month contract

My client, a global and rapidly growing Financial Services organization, are recruiting a Financial Operations Manager. This business is experience astronomical growth and this could be a real opportunity to be part of something exciting. You will be working closely with Financial Control, Finance IT and Product. You will be supporting the review and coordination of month and year end reconciliations process of various balance sheet money accounts and helping to design effective processes to support the company's significant growth.

Financial Operations Manager duties:

• Working with Financial Operations team to understand their processes, shortfalls in processes and identifying solutions to automation opportunities
• Reviewing and streamlining the design of current processes improving on delivery times and providing more efficiency
• Ensuring suitable data validation controls are built into designs
• Creating process manuals to ensure continuity is secured

Financial Operations Manager requirements:

• Newly qualified in ACCA, ACA or CIMA
• Experienced in optimizing and automating finance processes
• Strong modelling skills (Excel and Google Sheets)
• Team player with excellent internal stakeholder relationship building skills
