Web Content Editor - 3 Month Initial Contract - Inside IR35 - REMOTE
Harvey Nash's public sector client are currently looking for an experienced Web Content Editor to join their Edinburgh-based team. Experience with using Umbraco will be highly desirable for this role.
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Experience of working with a content management system (CMS) - including using HTML and search engine optimisation - to produce online content;
- Excellent writing skills - including impeccable spelling and grammar;
- Experience of developing and publishing web content using a user-centred design approach;
- Editorial accuracy and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and in a proactive manner.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience of using Umbraco as a CMS;
- A clear understanding of website standards and regulations including usability and accessibility;
- Experience in online content review and quality assurance processes;
- Experience of using web analytic solutions and interpreting web statistics.
