Build team: 

  • Experience with Jenkins setting up pipelines, scheduling jobs
  • Experience with Gitlab: Must
  • Experience with Kubernetes cluster: Deploying K8s, ingress controllers, microservices

    • Terraform with Helm charts

  • AWX: Ansible Scripting
  • VMware Horizon
  • AWS and Azure
  • Deployment experience in AWS and/or Azure.

    • Run Team:

  • AWS and Azure (Both)
  • OS patching for Windows and Linux
  • Security remediation 
  • Admin experience with Ansible, Kubernetes, Jenkins & Windows/Linux
  • Patching and security remediation experience in cloud platforms.

    • Support Team:

  • Customer facing experience
  • Troubleshooting solutions in AWS and Azure
  • Salesforce/service now
  • Windows/Linux administration
  • Customer facing service desk experience and troubleshooting experience in cloud platforms.
