Technical Support Analyst - Dublin
An urgent requirement has arisen for a Technical Support Analyst to join our customer, based in Dublin on a contract basis with a potential to go perm if of interest.
You will be providing key support to the Dublin office working under the direction of the UK based office.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing 1st/2nd line technical user support
- Application support for; Windows 10, O365, AD, Exchange etc.
- Software and Hardware fix and installs/replacements (Laptops, Desktops, Printers etc.
- Assist with Desktop moves, IT Changes, rollout projects, set up meeting rooms, printers etc.
- Switches, Access Points, Controllers or any local server-based hardware
- Asset audits and tagging
- User training
