Payroll manager - Oracle R12

Role and responsibilities

  • Develop and test systems and processes to improve functionality and efficiency.
  • To undertake testing and provide guidance and training for legislative and procedural changes.
  • Be able to complete all payroll statutory returns accurately and on time and for ensuring successful completion of payroll audits
  • To assist in ensuring legislative and procedural changes are developed and implemented on time and accurately. This would include the ability implement national pay awards into and Oracle R12 product.
  • Assist in ensuring Start and End of Year processing is successfully completed on time and accurately.
  • Responsible for assisting in completing all processes necessary to run BACS each pay run
  • Complete statutory year end returns P35's, P14's, P11D's, P60's and employee self-assessment notification in respect of all payrolls
  • Act as a technical resource for the payroll team Candidates should come from a payroll background, with an understanding of how the Back End system works. Candidates MUST have experience with Oracle R12.
