System Analyst - Technical Analyst - Remote - Outside IR35
Tecknuovo are currently seeking a System Analyst - Technical Analyst - Remote - Outside IR35 to join us on a mission critical piece of work, delivering a project for a large enterprise business.
The skills that we are looking at the System Analyst - Technical Analyst to have is:
- Develop full understanding of the E2E Service (including - User journeys. Flows, Integrations, Logs, Reports).
- Develop knowledge of key dependencies and various team responsibilities within the service landscape
- Develop competence in various tools used to support and monitor the service
- Be able to work independently and carry out a full root cause analysis into an incident or a reported problem
- Should be able to establish impact and proposed solution to a reported incident/problem
- Should be able to identify issue areas within the service and be able to propose resolution/fix (including building options where necessary)
- Take ownership of the resolution (from analysis, identification of the resolution, through dev, test and release)
- Communicate on the status of resolution to all the stakeholders
- Share responsibility and support the test and release process
- Where necessary, be able to analyse logs to identify potential areas/bottlenecks.
