Business Change Manager - SC Cleared
A Business Change Manager is required on an initial 4 month contract for a leading consultancy, based in London, where you will be required to support the Phase 1 and Mobility and Collaboration Projects of this client's programme, to support delivery of change management activities including:
- Planning and Delivery Control
- Stakeholder/Communications Management
- Benefits Management
- Business Change Management
The Business Change Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Change Management Strategy, and supporting (project based) business change work stream delivery plans (in response to Change Impact Assessments). You will also be responsible for establishing and managing the IT Transformation Business Readiness Board,developing and managing the Communications Strategy and Plans and briefing stakeholders on programme/project progress and delivery.
Along with strong experience of delivering Business Change in a secure environment(must hold current and valid SC Clearance) you will also have the following:
- Programme/Project Management experience
- Change implementation planning and management experience
- Benefits management, business modelling and sustainability assessment experience
