Short description of the product area and team
We are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central application expert for SuccessFactors EC implementation project. Project goal is to implement SFEC and roll out globally. Project is in execution/roll out phase and estimated to be completed end of 2021.
The person we are looking has extensive experience from several HR implementations and know of best practice within HR implementation, pros and cons with different HR set ups, organizational structure, RBP set up, job roles. Resource will be driving workshops and driving project deliverables.
Competences/Responsibilities
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certified.
- Minimum of three years of experience from SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
- Extensive understanding of designing concepts, principles and guidelines for SuccessFactors system implementations.
- Experience from large, global organizations.
- Business process experience
- Excellent verbal communication and documentation capacity in English
- Excellent managing of deliverables, time management, communication, presentation and organizational skills.
