Technical/Functional Skills
- Advanced Functional/Technical understanding of Salesforce
- Understanding that functional and technical need to walk together in order to create the best possible solution
- Advanced knowledge on Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Partner and Customer Communities, Force.com (other platform is a plus)
- Good integration knowledge
- Good data architecture and strategy knowledge
- General knowledge on business processes for sales, marketing and service
- Knowledge on multi ORG with Global Core Salesforce strategies
- Business/Entrepreneurial mindset is a plus
- CPQ knowledge (system agnostic) is a plus
