Threat Modeller - Threat Intelligence, Threat Management, Threat Detection
ADARMA are seeking a contract Senior Security Consultant with extensive threat intelligence and threat modelling experience to work on a major project with our financial services partner.
The position will hold a number of responsibilities including:
- Analysis of known and suspected threats.
- Identifying indicators that aid and specify the development of threat detection controls.
- Development of threat models.
- Development of use case specifications.
- Present threats to technical security forum for approval.
- IT change, audit and regulatory requirements.
- Identify threats, prioritise genuine threats and significantly reduce cyber security risks.
- Use Case reengineering where appropriate.
Requirements
- Threat modelling, threat management and threat intelligence experience
- Able to make recommendations on logging and monitoring (sensors)
- Experience in conducting threat assessments
NB - Due to the change to off payroll working/IR35 legislation which is due to be implemented in April 2021, the successful applicant would be expected to engage via an FCSA accredited umbrella company for the duration of this contract.
