Ihre Aufgaben:
- Introduce global governance/ organizational set-up for Procurement/ Payment
- Globally streamline all Procurement/ Payment processes
- Implement one global IT platform (PeopleSoft) to support new Procurement/ Payment processes
- Project planning, steering and controlling; leading the projet team for Organzational Design and Change Management
- Define the future global organizational strucutre and governance for the Procure-to-Pay organization
- Define the structure, governance and processes for three Offshoring Centeres
- Define and execute Change Management activitiesDevelop a Communication approach and execute against the communication plan
- Develop a Training approach and execute against the training plan
