Windows 10 Deployment Engineer - Manchester - Immediate
An experienced Windows 10 Roll-Out Engineer is sought for an initial one-month contract based across central and North Manchester for a large-scale Windows 7 - Windows 10 Deployment.
There are opportunities for Day/Night and weekend shifts.
As a Windows EUC Engineer/Desktop Engineer/Deployment Engineer you will need to demonstrate experience to include the following:
- Essential - Windows 7 to Windows 10 Deployment Experience (full life cycles from picking up old kit, handing over new kit, following the process, handing back new kit, fully tested and support users)
- Ideally having some Windows 10 image build experience
- Desktop support level expertise
- Experience in sign-on testing, and making sure a form is signed, and that basic checks are performed (S/W run, network connectivity etc)
- Assistance to connect to network and fault finding
- Experience in dealing with customers at all levels through to VIP
- Any Windows patching knowledge
This role is based in the North Manchester area and some local travel is required.
