Role: IT Support/Service Desk Analyst
Contract: 3 months
Rate: £11.30 per hour (Umbrella)
Our leading client based in the Coventry area are looking for a 1st line support/service desk analyst to join the business ASAP to work on a 3 month contract. You will be working on the service desk, taking calls, logging tickets and aiming for first time resolution.

- Active Directory
- Windows 10
- SCCM
- Solid 1st Line Support/Service Desk experience
