We are working with a Global Energy Company who has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Product Marketing Manager with eCommerce/B2C experience to join their Digital Incubator.

This new venture sets out to do things differently taking a unique approach, balancing human-centred design with an agile technology capability to tackle complex wicked problems in original ways. With a great variety of potential projects in the portfolio, there are many different areas to investigate, so you'll certainly not be bored!

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about building the future of a brand new eCommerce/B2C Product that will be used globally. This position will be responsible for helping shape the future product strategy alongside the Product Teams, grow adoption and identifying future product development opportunities.

As a Product Marketing Manager, this individual will work closely with cross-functional/Digital Product teams to turn these opportunities into products. This individual will explore market trends, customer needs, the competitive landscape and deliver strategy and execution.

This role is highly cross-functional and will work closely with the Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Research, Content and Marketing teams.

About You:

- Data-driven
- B2C/eCommerce experience
- Can effectively work with teams across the business to drive results
- Able to drive product strategy bridging short-term execution and long-term vision
- Identify opportunities and represent view of the market by conducting industry research, including deep quantitative, qualitative and competitive analysis
- Analyse product performance, synthesise customer feedback and advocate for improvements
- Manage comprehensive, cross-functional activities including positioning, value proposition and product documentation
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Research, Content and Marketing and other key team members
- 5+ years of experience working in a product marketing, product management, management consulting, product strategy or equivalent function (partnered with product management and/or engineering on strategy and go-to-market)
- BA/BS Degree
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally including stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, highly driven environment
- Excellent communication skills
