Pega Case Management Architect
Whitehall Resources are looking for an experienced Pega Case Management Architect for an initial 6 month contract in London. This role is currently remote.
Activities:
- Support the definition and delivery of the technical solution in the areas of Case Mgmt, Workflow, CRM (integrated solution incorporating internal-facing UI, geospatial, document mgmt). The CRM solution may incorporate parts from off-the-shelf CRM tools.
- Provides Thought Leadership to the customer with respect to implementing a Pega solution
- Responsible for the overall quality of the Pega solution
- Ensuring that workable solutions are produced in a timely manner, and appropriately documented
- Support the Principal Architect in the selection of suitable technologies
- Overall responsibility for the design and technical delivery
- Support and govern the solution through delivery, defining standards, carrying out troubleshooting and other delivery activities as required
- Support business stakeholders on this subject area
- Design Class Hierarchy
- Design for Reuse
- Review Infrastructure requirements
- Enable team members - provide guidance and advice on technical issues
- Data Architecture definition
- Review of Data Management plan

- Pega Certified Lead System Architect
