Pega Case Management Architect
Location: London (WFH at present)
Initial duration: 6 months
* THIS ROLE WILL BE IN SCOPE OF IR35 FROM APRIL 2021.*
I'm heading up a recruitment drive on behalf of a global IT consultancy that require a Pega Case Management Architect to join their team on a major government project in London (WFH).
Activities
Support the definition and delivery of the technical solution in the areas of Case Mgmt, Workflow, CRM (integrated solution incorporating internal-facing UI, geospatial, document mgmt). The CRM solution may incorporate parts from off-the-shelf CRM tools.
Provides Thought Leadership to the customer with respect to implementing a Pega solution
Responsible for the overall quality of the Pega solution
Ensuring that workable solutions are produced in a timely manner, and appropriately documented
Support the Principal Architect in the selection of suitable technologies
Overall responsibility for the design and technical delivery
Support and govern the solution through delivery, defining standards, carrying out troubleshooting and other delivery activities as required
Support business stakeholders on this subject area
