Exclusive opportunity - IT Service Desk - Desktop Support - Helpdesk - 4 moth contract - Livingston

Do you have a passion for IT and troubleshooting? Do you strive to give excellent customer service in a demanding environment?

I have a number of exclusive IT Support Analysts/Service Desk Analyst opportunities in Livingston as part of a growing team.

You will be responsible for providing 1st & 2nd line IT Support of large, complex systems, Servers and networks. The Service Desk team team support amongst others Windows 7/8/10 & Apple Mac desktops/mobile devices, Windows and Android phones, Windows Servers and some in-house developed systems and applications.

I am therefore keen to speak with candidates who have

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Dealing with queries in a calm, swift and customer focused manner
  • Previous experience working in a 1st & 2nd Line Service Desk environment supporting 1000+ users would be ideal
  • Ability to work in highly pressured, changing environments to ensure SLAs are met
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
