My client is a prominent and highly regarded solutions provider, urgently seeking a business analyst to support their ongoing client-side efforts in Norway.
The role will cover the following remit:
End to end card processing, full life cycle.
Understanding and working of card products and the application of fees to accounts (supporting Interface/Integration workstream on processing of fees, agreeing requirements and solution needed from local fee engines)
managing change to card products ideally in the context of a portfolio migration(as support to Migration & Product Readiness workstream)
cross functional Cards experience, to include operational knowledge of activities such as Disputes and Chargeback processing, fraud management, collections and contact centre
good technical knowledge so they can be effective within an IT workstream
Working with card processors
Candidates must be based in Norway. The role offers remote working.
