Lead IAM Operations Analyst

The Identity and Access Management Program is UK and US wide initiative to address deliver a step change in managing the end to end starter/mover/leaver journeys ensuring our people have access to the applications that they need in order to perform their role and it is removed when no longer required.

The program is making a step change in capability to deliver industry best practice Identity & Access Management services. The programme will be centralising responsibility for, and standardising the approach to managing application user access controls into IT.

The role will be responsible for supporting and leading a team of offshore analysts in addressing the end user access requirements to SAP, GRC and other application administration including but not limited to:

  • Managing access requests
  • Performing ITGC controls
  • Managing resolution of access related issues
  • Overseeing and enhancing the performance of operational activities
  • Lead a team of analysts to ensure the following are completed, providing expert support where required:
  • Provision of user access setup, modification and termination in applications using the respective ticketing system, providing customer support as needed, ensuring auditability at all stages
  • Ensure access assignments or requests are completed consistent with service level and IAM standards.
  • Define and maintain all access related policies, standards and processes seeking opportunities for improvement
  • Effective execution of IT General Controls related to ERP systems including but not limited to; firefighter controls, GRC rule set reviews and SoD reviews, terminations, movers and critical actions assisting in mitigating controls as required, ensuring auditability at all stages
  • Provide support for incidents and investigations
  • Work closely with teams such Applications, Compliance, Assurance and Security teams to address business and technical issues
  • Participates in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases for defect fixes, enhancements, and other strategic initiatives
  • Participate in execution and achievement for established goals and metrics for the User Access & Controls Team, including support of regular dashboard and Steering Committee reporting requirements
  • Keep up to date with SAP/IT knowledge and developments in the industry in order to ensure the optimisation of best practice

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, or related area of study
  • Technical background, detail oriented, with a security focused mindset
  • Able to translate business needs to IT solutions and vice versa
  • Minimum of 3 + years IT and business controls experience
  • Minimum of 5 + years SAP security experience
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management
  • Ability to facilitate business processes
  • Excellent organisational, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

  • SAP Security Certified, or controls/audit related qualifications
