My client are a leading international end client looking to deliver a brand new SuccessFactors implementation. One of the main activities will be to find and agree on a transformation partner for the implementation of the Core HR platform. In advance of this, work on the current people and organizational data is required and we need to align with Success Factors and future data models.
The ideal consultant has a good background in implementing SAP Success Factors. You will help aligning current data models with new SuccessFactors models, assist in technical preparation for a staged roll out, define migration and integration approaches and help grow knowledge around SuccessFactors in the domain. The consultant will belong to a multi-skilled team to implement SAP Success Factors in the current digital landscape, which is undergoing heavy transformation. Integration work will be done on top of GCP.
Desired experience;
- Experience with Success Factors solution architecture and development
- Experience with various data integration patterns, especially event and API based.
- Experience with agile delivery and DevOps.
