5+ Years of Experience in information technology Experience
Experience in Business Analyst Role (Refining User Stories)
Experience in Agile Methodology
Experience in designing and testing ServiceNow functionalities
Minimum should have Knowledge on one of the ServiceNow Module (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, GRC or Platform)
Experience in GRC concepts is added value to the experience
Job Location is in Brussels. Remote working is possible till the pandemic situation in Control
Language : English (Fluent), French or Dutch (is a plus)
