Description
Asset Manager Analyst required for a contract until 31st March 2021. Rate £ per day (Inside IR35)
Location: Liverpool.
The Asset Management Team play a key role in the coordination, integration and continuous service improvement of IT Assets. This specific role is responsible for managing the life cycle of IT assets, hardware and software.
Responsibilities
1. Support a programme of issuing and recalling devices, tracking their status throughout the asset life cycle.
2. Support the definition, establishment and management of the Asset Management policies and processes
3. Ensure that the Asset Inventory is accurate and trustworthy
4. Manage Assets, ensuring compliance of licence and use policy requirements
5. Ensure that all assets are identified, by system, location and user, and all audit requirements supported
6. Support the Incident, problem management and request fulfilment processes.

1. Experience of working in a customer facing environment
2. A structured approach to problem solving
3. An ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. A solid track record of administrating electronic records delivering performance improvements
5. Ability to work in a demanding environment with competing priorities

2. Experience of working in an IT environment
