Commercial Manager urgently required to work in London on a 6 month contract.The ideal candidate should have active SC Clearance.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Hold full membership by examination of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS).
- Have sound knowledge of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and an understanding of their application.
- Have experience of working in the public sector, preferably Central Government.
- Have a demonstrable track record of delivering value for money across a range of procurement projects and categories, ideally managing high turnover, small value, professional services procurements.
- Have experience of managing corporate goods and services procurements and leading contract negotiations.
- Have experience of developing and implementing sustainable procurement policies.
