Henderson Scott are urgently recruiting an IT Asset Manager to join our leading public sector client based in Liverpool. Please note this is a three month contract and is inside IR35.
You will be response for managing the life cycle of the organisations IT assets, hardware and software following a large scale procurement and distribution of it assets.
We've looking for someone to
- To develop, deliver and monitor asset management delivery plans
- Manage Assets, ensuring compliance of licence and use policy requirements
- Develop, deliver and schedule asset management update reports
- Act as single point of contact with our clients IT partners, ensuring plans are defined, understood and delivered
- Develop end user communications
- Support the administration of the IT Asset Database and support the Configuration and Release Manager in the maintenance of the CMDB
- Support the Incident, problem management and request fulfilment processes.
We need someone with plenty of line management experience and extensive customer facing experience.
Ideally, candidates will have some experience or knowledge of using ServiceNow.
