Henderson Scott are urgently recruiting an IT Asset Analyst to join our leading public sector client based in Liverpool. Please note this is a three-month contract and is inside IR35.
You will be working on the management of the life cycle of the organisations IT assets, hardware and software following a large scale procurement and distribution of it assets.
We've looking for someone to
- Support a programme of issuing and recalling devices, tracking their status throughout the asset life cycle.
- Support the definition, establishment and management of our clients Asset Management policies and processes
- Ensure that our clients Asset Inventory is accurate and trustworthy
- Manage Assets, ensuring compliance of licence and use policy requirements
- Ensure that all assets are identified, by system, location and user, and all audit requirements supported
- Support the administration of the IT Asset Database and support the Configuration and Release Manager in the maintenance of the CMDB
- Support the Incident, problem management and request fulfilment processes.
We need someone with extensive customer facing experience.
Ideally, candidates will have some experience or knowledge of using ServiceNow.
