B2B Tech Channel Marketing Specialist.

We seek on behalf of our client; a global market leader in business workflow automation, a B2B Channel Marketing Specialist for the whole EMEA region to deliver a defined partner strategy aligned to its corporate goals. You as the ideal candidate will develop, design, and implement company product marketing and distribution programs tailored to the most effective channel and methods available to meet the needs of targeted customers. Create marketing strategies, resources, and campaigns targeting the company's resellers, system integrators, value added resellers, independent vendors, partners, OEMs, and distributors. Champion product distribution objectives.

You may design and organize partner events, conferences and meetings as well as contribute to marketing messaging to help customise online promotion efforts.

You will participate in the design and implement measurements to analyse program effectiveness and quantify revenue generated from executed channel programs.

You will be expected to demonstrate leadership in building strategic partner marketing relationships and executing to levels of complexity. You will demonstrate excellent project management skills and a strong analytical mind is essential to this role. You will demonstrate their impact on the client's partner marketing goals.

The focus for this role is primarily to create and execute with the local team's demand generation programs, sales acceleration activities with our partners across EMEA. Each program or activity will be ultimately measured by its ability to deliver source pipeline and demonstrate a clear and measurable ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the pan EMEA marketing relationship with a number of key global strategic alliances and Independent Software Vendors.
  • Proactively engage with the sales organization to align programs to overall revenue goals
  • Execute on the defined EMEA partner marketing strategy aligned to regional teams and Go-To-Market in partnership with sales, for our business at scale
  • Create the functional partner marketing plan for your area of focus strategy to meet Alliances and Channels local objectives working in tangent with local teams
  • Work closely with global teams to adopt partner solution plays and ensure readiness for EMEA utilisation
  • Devise, develop, and execute joint marketing demand generation programs campaigns working with the global and local partner sales and marketing field teams to successfully execute programs across EMEA. All resulting in measurable pipeline growth
  • Ensure all programs not only support but align with all major product launch initiatives and key market opportunities
  • Actively seek and consolidate country feedback and requirements for future campaigns and infrastructure improvements, feeding into Global Partner Marketing teams
  • Leverage partner marketing opportunities with vendors, channel partners, and associations to develop mutually beneficial demand generation programs, ensuring partner budget and resource utilization
  • Ensure all programs and activities are prioritized for maximum return and are delivered on time, on budget, and on target

You will have extensive B2B enterprise tech marketing experience, with a focus on partner marketing and has demonstrated results and previous success across EMEA and can demonstrate:

  • Experience in creating marketing campaigns aligned to business targets and supported by clearly defined joint value propositions.
  • Industry and ABM expertise a bonus.
  • A metrics mindset with data and analytics skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to influence at all levels, internally and externally
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving/dynamic environment with a strong own drive
  • Bachelor's degree required and industry-relevant qualifications an advantage, but not essential
