Account Manager - Digital Content Management - Spanish Speaker - Contract - London

Robson Bale are looking for a Spanish speaking Digital Content Management Account Manager to come on board for an initial 4 month contract in London.

Candidates MUST speak Spanish for this role

4 months initially, paying £200pd

The role:

Customer Success Professional to facilitate sales and delivery to B2B customers of multi-media digital content via a SaaS Digital Management System DMS system for our client; a market-leading visual media company, providing stock images. editorial photography, video, and music for business and consumers with a multimillion asset archive.

Any experience with a Cloud computing platform like Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, etc. would be a plus and would demonstrate the right level of Tech Savy we seek.

Sales Support will include onboarding, application training, issue resolution, and adoption for the product services including integration, Experience of management of direct content delivery via an API would be a big plus!, Presales support, and demonstration of how the DMS application streamlines their selection, acquisition, and delivery processes.

You as the successful techno - sales candidate will continue to drive the adoption of additional products and services in the future as part of a SaaS B2B delivery solution.

Act as a customer advocate to identify improvements in products and work with the PM/PO team on solutions and timing expectations as part of the customer cloud delivery experience.

You will also assist the pre-sales team to close as many deals as possible mostly through technical demonstrations of the capabilities of this SaaS DMS product, its updates, and its refinements.

You will be responsible for deploying product solutions.

Onboarding and training of customers to proficiency.

Solving customer issues.

There will be some assignment support and on-call responsibilities:

  • Extensive experience in an enterprise product support role and customer account/relationship management experience, with an understanding of industry best practices, including implementation experience with enterprise platforms.
  • Experience with key areas of customer enterprise workflows, including integration methodologies, workflow analysis, asset and metadata management, and project management
  • Proven ability to interact with all levels of an organization with technical and non-technical customers and stakeholders
  • Strong aptitude in communicating complex business and technical concepts.
  • A passion for continued education in new technologies and functionality, as well as to be involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate with a variety of teams while also being able to work independently as a self-starter on an as-needed basis.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and time management skills and the ability to maintain a professional attitude even under stressful situations
