I am currently searching for a SuccessFactors Consultant for a initial 6 month freelance engagement, on behalf of my exciting end client, who are a leading Global company, with over 20,000 employees.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and Performance & Goal Management (PMGM)

  • You should be able to manage queries and trouble-shoot where necessary

  • You should be an excellent co-ordinator and communicator who is able to act as the 'go between' with in-house teams/stake holders and the system implementation partners/consultancies

  • You will have experience working in a Global, complex environment

  • Preferably you are based in Netherlands, with the ability to go into the office in Amsterdam on an ad-hoc basis (When possible under Covid restrictions)

  • This is an English speaking project, although other languages are a plus


    • This will be an initial 6 month freelance engagement, based in Amsterdam, commencing from 1st January 2021
