Description

I have a new contract opportunity for a senior Oracle Fusion Solution Architect. Our client will be implementing Oracle FUSION for 8 manufacturing plants throughout Europe. Project scope: Finance and Procurement (indirect goods). Project will start early 2021 and is planned to complete mid-2024.

This project is based on a Global template delivered from Global HQ. Next to SaaS, there will be AIJ3 applications installed, that communicate with FUSION through DataSpider and SOA Middleware, hosted in a datacentre in North America. There will be interfaces from EU offices to and from FUSION and the AIJ3 applications. Experience in manufacturing industry important.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure alignment with the clients Global Standards. 

- Create data migration and conversion strategy, create integration strategy.

- Involvement in end 2 end design of Global Standards with local Legacy systems and gaps.

Coordination with many related departments, traffic control ... Cannot go around with the present local

o Do not overlook problems or signs of problems occurring at affiliated companies, departments, or sub teams.

o Can coordinate relevant departments to identify the cause, develop countermeasures,

o and implement countermeasures

o Can develop action plans that take into account the overall gains and losses

Documentation

o Can materialize schedule and a list of issues

o Can sorting out causes of problems, drawing up countermeasures, and preparing reports to top management

Report

o Can report to multiple departments (to be able to explain in accordance with a person's level of understanding)

o Have experiences of reporting to senior management (Directors, etc.) more than multiple times

Technical point of view

Business knowledge

o Experienced ERP implementation in accounting and purchasing, especially in manufacturing industry

IT knowledge

o Experienced Oracle ERP cloud (Fusion application) implementation

o Integration development experience, particularly with Oracle Fusion and SOA (Oracle SOA Suite is a part of the Oracle Fusion Middleware)

o IT programming (SQL, PLSQL, Shell)

o WEB applications with multiple development

o Maintenance experience of web systems/Oracle DB

o Qualifications with basic knowledge of networks and server (Windows, Unix)

o Experience in leading development/maintenance of Legacy systems such as AS400 is recommended

o To obtain project management qualifications and receive training

o MS Office (Excel, word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)

o SQL Developer (Oracle Database)

o Unix command terminal, FTP

o iSeries terminal

Initially a 12 month contract with hourly rates for services in Euro. Expenses paid separately and on top of the daily rate to include all travel, accommodation and Per Diem (where required)
