Description

Desktop Support Engineer is required for a 2-month initial contract with a leading MS Gold Partner to work on a project for one of their clients based in Newcastle. You will be working remotely with occasional visits to the client site in Newcastle

Experience:

  • Windows 10
  • Machine builds - deployment knowledge of SCCM required.
  • Knowledge of common ticketing systems such as service now etc
  • 1st/2nd line support experience essential
  • Knowledge of Active Directory users and computers
  • Excellent communication skills - clarity of spoken voice and good grammar etc.
