Location: South West, remote working possible.

Our client in the health technology sector, is urgently searching for an experienced Office Manager PA to work on a critical project with a niche team which involves working across the NHS and public sector. The role of Office Manager/PA will involve using a wide range of skills and knowledge in finance, HR, business administration, supporting the project in gathering insights around digital exclusion from health services during an era of lockdown and digital first.

You will work with a team of researchers, clinicians, developers and senior NHS managers in an independent team who are all working to develop an innovative platform to assist public sector insight gathering and analysis.

A successful candidate will have substatial experience in

  • Office Management or as a Personal Assistant
  • Financial management - cash flow etc
  • Xero cloud accounting software
  • Some public sector experience, especially with Innovate UK projects would be desirable
  • Ability to work flexibly and remotely in home office or equivalent during lockdown essential
  • Interest in joining a fast moving SME with ambitious growth plans after this 9 month project with a view to creating a permanent role

Must be available 2 days per week, contractor basis,with a view to creating a more permanent role moving forwards.
