La Fosse Digital Outcomes are searching for an exciting new hire to join its growing consultancy team. A fast paced, tech consultancy focused on deploying cloud and development teams to accelerate digital transformation through value unlocking outcomes.
You will be responsible for:
- The strategic direction of the solutions and delivery management functions (ownership of the delivery methodology, technical solutions and service capability, and customer engagement frameworks).
- Partnering with sales teams and technical delivery teams to identify opportunities for account development and growth enabling acceleration of go-to-market propositions for digital engineering, cloud and DevOps disciplines. Including managing end-to-end bid delivery.
- Advising across the La Fosse Group to ensure our capabilities and services are fit for purpose as best in class solutions for customer requirements.
- Overseeing programme delivery, steering, governance and assurance across multiple teams and customers.
- Engaging with our CTO/CIO/VP Eng. community to shape and mature our engagement and service delivery methodologies.
- Actively encouraging, promoting and enabling the sharing of information in our sales and delivery cycles to increasing awareness, quality and relevance (eg hosting training, events and workshops).
We're searching for someone with broad industry and consulting experience in software engineering, devops and cloud transformations who has the ability to scope, shape and deliver consulting solutions.
